When Karen and her husband Dan moved to Ferry County five years ago, Karen wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Having lived on the east coast much of her life, she had high hopes that this area would be a place where they could retire and own an alpaca farm with lots of room to roam for them, and their animals.
As often happens to new residents, Karen soon fell in love with the spirit of this area and the folks that call it home.
